What Does Data Deletion Mean?

By requesting data deletion, you will erase your user profile (including personal details), remove any health information, usage history, or progress data, and permanently eliminate all associated records from our systems.

We’ll need a few details to verify your identity and locate your records: your Name or User ID (the name you used when signing up), your primary Email Address (used for login or contact), and any additional information that may help us confirm your account.

What Happens After You Submit?
Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your information, confirm the account details, and process your request within a few business days. We will then send you a confirmation email letting you know when your data has been fully removed.
